Another delay for the Fern Valley interchange in Phoenix has pushed bidding backseveral months.
The interchange project, originally slated to begin in 2009, is for a resident friendly redesign to thePhoenix exit. Itwill finally be open to bid come the end of October.
ODOT officials say that while it is a delay, it is a well received one…meaning the project would now occur during the preferred fall season.
Bids are expected to be lower for the fall construction cycle as opposed to summer.
