Lithia Motors is making changes to the top this morning.
Longtime Lithia chairman and chief executive officer Sid Deboer has announced he is turning his duties over to his son, Bryan. This, after Lithia posted a record fourth quarter of $16.4 million– compared to $4.2 million just a year ago.
Bryan Deboer has been president of the company since january 2006– he will begin his new job as CEO on may first.
