A pursuit in the Medford area lands this man behind bars early Thursday morning.
Police say chase best is facing multiple charges, including reckless driving, attempt to elude, and possession of meth, after failing to stop during a traffic stop.
Police say Best led them on a lengthy chase. He eventually got out of the car and took off on foot.
Police apprehended the man around midnight near Bear Creek Park, and took his car into custody.
Best was also wanted on a parole violation.
He is in the JAckson County Jail. Bail has been set at $18,000 dollars.
