(NBC News) The Islamic terror group ISIS says it has now executed a second American.
According to the SITE intelligence group, ISIS is planning to release a video purportedly showing journalist Steven Sotloff’s beheading.
The reporter, who wrote for Time magazine, was kidnapped in Syria last year.
