Medford, Ore. — A motion hearing was held Thursday afternoon inside of a Jackson County courtroom in the Lori Duckworth case.
Duckworth is accused of using a medical marijuana dispensary as a front to sell marijuana.
She has maintained her innocence.
In the courtroom Thursday, she asked for use of a computer that was seized last May after her arrest.
The motion was granted.
A formal trial is scheduled to begin in July.
