Oregon’s minimum wage is going up! Workers will see a fifteen cent jump to$9.15, on the first of the year.
The increase is adjusted for inflation.
The labor department estimates nearly100,000 Oregonians will make $236 a year *more* with the new minimum wage. The increase will make Oregon the state with the second highest minimum wage. Washington is currently number one at $9.18 per hour.
