Across the 13 contested boxing events at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Uzbekistan and China were the big winners.
At the end of these Games, Uzbek boxers struck gold in five out of the seven men’s categories contested.
The biggest winner of all? Uzbekistan’s super heavyweight (92+kg/202+) Bakhodir Jalolov. (We mean that in the most literal sense.)
