The Jackson County Cousing Authority is dishing out the cash to save the Cherry Creek Apartment project.
In a meeting last week, the Housing Authority agreed to spend the$65,00 topush the project forward.
The price covers the difference in the price of the two propterties…one owned by the Medford Urban Renewal Agency and another owned by the Housing Authority.
The proposed 100-unit low-income apartments have been reduced to a 50 units development off Spring street.
