Residents of Talent will soon be getting a new community center, all thanks to a $1.5 million dollar federal grant.
City officials made the announcement at Wednesday’s city council meeting.
The new 4,500 square foot facility will be located just north of city hall.
After the final designs are completed the city will start taking bids on the new building.
It’s expected to be completed within two years.
