After a heated, two-year long Oregon court battle, this afternoon thousands of confidential files, kept by the Boy Scouts of America on men they suspected of child sex abuse, were released.
These documents have been hidden from the public for decades. But by order of the Oregon Supreme Court, we are now getting an unprecedented first look at the so-called “Perversion Files.” NBC5’s Laura Cavanaugh explains.
