Early Friday morning the Grants Pass Fire department responded to reports of a structure fire in the 1600 block of Allen Creek Road.
Shortly after responding to the fire, Grants Pass Police were able to identify and locate a suspect.
33 year-old Brian Leach has been arrested and lodged in the Josephine County Jail on charges of Arson in the first degree.
