Motion hearing held for Lori Duckworth

Medford, Ore. — A motion hearing was held Thursday afternoon inside of a Jackson County courtroom in the Lori Duckworth case.

Duckworth is accused of using a medical marijuana dispensary as a front to sell marijuana.

She has maintained her innocence.

In the courtroom Thursday, she asked for use of a computer that was seized last May after her arrest.

The motion was granted.

A formal trial is scheduled to begin in July.
