A truck crashed into a creek early Wednesday afternoon.
Around 3 pm a red truck crashed through a guardrail and into Lick Creek on Highway 140.
Oregon State Police, Lake Creek Rural Fire and ODOT responded and are on scene.
Crews responded and extricated the man from his truck and he was taken to Rogue Valley Medical Center.
Currently, Highway 140 near Lick Creek is down to one lane.
