Veteran educator Stephanie Johnson has been named the principal for Vibes, a charter school proposed and sponsored by Kids Unlimited.
The school is scheduled to open in September. Johnson is the first administrator to be hired for the new school.
The school will house 150 first through third graders starting in the 2013-2014 school year if Medford school district requirements have been met.
