Portland, Ore. — Volunteers conducted a search on Sauvie Island in Portland for Kyron Horman. He is the little boy who has been missing for four years.
His mother says she received new tips about where her son might be. She says it’s important to keep her child in the news, because someone could find him.
“All of these missing child cases that we have – they’re all solved by somebody…by someone who sees his photo and sees him, someone who knows information and comes forward. Someone who’s out hiking and finds something. Our cases are solved by people and it’s critical to keep his face out there because we have a higher chance that we will get the answer,” said Desiree Young, Kyron’s mother.
Young has maintained his former stepmother was involved in his disappearance, although Young has never been charged with any crime.
