We’re learning more about the man police say killed 62 year old Frank Damiano, also known as Tony Dellapenna last week. According to those who know him, Othon Robert Campos Junior, known by the name Robert Campos, is a dangerous man who has a history with drugs, including meth. NBC-5’s Craig Smullin reports.
