In just a matter of hours, enrollment will open for Oregon’s new online insurance marketplace. ‘Cover Oregon’ will officially kick off on Tuesday.
If you’re under 65 or if you have health insurance that’s too expensive youwillneed to enroll by December 15th to get insurance coverage to kick in on January 1st.
Anyone without insurance by then faces a fine of 95 dollars per person, or 365 dollars per family,OR 1 percent of your household income, whichever is *highest*.
