Medford, Ore. —
This is the third year of the ugly sweater run and even organizers say it gets bigger every year.
“I started a Facebook, people started signing up, and so I was like, oh my goodness, we better start getting sweaters, and the first year, we had over 400 people show up,” said organizer Kelsey Mundfrom.
The run fully funds the Jackson County Foster Parent Association’s back to school program, providing backpacks and school supplies to kids in need.
