Did you know that there is a crosswalk at every intersection on every road, even if it is unmarked Its true, and today, Medford Police will be conducting a pedestrian sting operation to bring awareness to the law.
From 10:30 am until 1:30 p.m. there will be police and decoy pedestrians at the intersection of Prune and Columbus.
Falure to stop and remain stopped for a pedestrian crossing…or for passing a stopped vehicle at the crosswalk…
will land you a $260 dollar fine.
