Songs of prayer eased the minds and spirits of parishioners at Zion Lutheran Church this morning.
Pastor Cyril Hunkler spread the message of forgiveness today, after the church’s cross was intentionally set on fire earlyFridaymorning.
A new member to the church, Joshua Young has overcome some difficult times and of a lot of the help came from Zion Lutheran.
While it’s unknown why anyone set the church on fire, Pastor Hunkler also sends the message of forgiveness to that person
“You’re forgiven come to Jesus get to know him.”
Officials say they still have no leads in finding a suspect. Meanwhile church members are trying to raise one $1,000 for their insurancedeductiblethrough donations from theirFacebookpage.
