The Britt Festivals unveiled the 2013 visual arts poster Tuesday night featuring a familiar face to our NBC5 viewers. This year’s poster is a watercolor painting of Dr. Robin Miller. It was painted by artist Anne Brooke of Jacksonville. Dr. Miller says posing for the poster was an honor. She only had to be asked once. The art work is the 29th poster in a series celebrating Britt.
