West Coast has Highest Unemployment Rates in the Nation

New reports just in reveal the West Coast economy is getting a rough start to the new year.

Unemployment here on the West Coast hit 9.2% in January, compared to the national average of 7.9%.

Among the Pacific states, Oregon’s jobless level was recorded at 8.4%, followed by California’s 9.8%.

Another updated jobs reports is expected to be released on Tuesday.
