A decade after the project started construction in an East Medford neighborhood is once again underway. The first of eight homes to be built in the Bella Vista Heights Development has started to rise. The development has been unable to move forward because of numerous owners and economic turmoil. But the newest owner says now is the time and East Medford is the place to be.
“Of the 7 different projects we have got around Oregon, it’s one that really stands out for it’s incredible location, it’s vistas, the views and obviously the value. To be in such a great location and community is a really exciting thing,” said Ender Ilkay.
Ilkay says he hopes the neighborhood will be completely developed in the next four years.
