It was all about pushing money to a local business today in Central Point.
Yo Twist Frozen Yogurt was the recipient of
a cash mob, that’s when the community comes together to shop and support a selected business.
Today’s cash mob is the second business chosen in Central Point.
“We all come out, we ask everyone to bring their friends and family. And come and support, just like they did in the olden days. That’s what it’s about.”
“Fabulous, I’ve been so tickled. People have come out even in this weather, people are out supporting a small business. It’s awesome to see.”
Organizers say they use social media to spread the word on which establishments they will be mobbing next.
