Klamath Falls Murder Suspect Identified

Police have identified a suspect in connection with a Klamath Falls murder…

65 year old Larry Wayne Clark was found dead in his Klamath Falls home late Tuesday afternoon…and police believe the man that killed him is behind bars in Las Vegas.

That suspect is 34 year old Zane Sterling Skeen, a former neighbor of Clark’s.

Skeen was arrested Saturday, February 9th following a 120 mph chase that began in Arizona, and ended with a near head-on collision in Utah.

The two people in the other vehicle suffered only minor injuries in the crash.

It’s believed that Larry Wayne Clark’s former wife Carla Clark loaned Skeen her car.

While investigators aren’t releasing details of an autopsy, Jeff Manning of the Oregon Department of Justice confirmed that Larry Wayne Clark died as the result of ‘homicidal violence’.

A retired Navy veteran, Clark is survived by his mother, a twin brother, and two sisters.

The murder is still under investigation by the Klamath County Majore Crime Team.

Police haven’t released any information as to what may have prompted the killing.
