Ashland City Council To Meet Over Replacement of Former Member

The Ashland City Council will meet Monday night to discuss a replacement of former Councilman David Chapman.

Chapman resigned back in October 26th, from his position as Councilor leaving the city with 60 days to fill his vacancy.

Also on the agenda Monday night: A discussion on whether to allow council members to attend meetings via telephone or video chat.
