Nearly 6,000 costume-clad revelers took to the streets of Ashland Wednesday afternoon for the Annual Children’s Halloween Parade.
It’s the largest and most popular parade of its kind in the Rogue Valley. And even Mother Nature’s steady rain couldn’t scare people away. NBC5’s Laura Cavanaugh reports live from downtown.
