Utility company Avista offering a buyout over 900 non-union employees.
According to a company spokesman the employees will have until mid-December to decide whether to accept the deal.
The buyout includes two weeks of severance pay per year they worked for the company, a 12 week departure incentive, as well as other benefits.
Avista, which operates in Washington, Oregon and Idaho hopes to cut their 2013 budget by about 14 million dollars.
