Lance Armstrong announced on Wednesday morning he is stepping down as chairman of Livestrong.
This comes after the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency accused Armstrong of using performance enhancing drugs during his cycling career… claims the cyclist denies.
Armstrong is the founder of Livestrong, a cancer-fighting charity.
He says the group can now focus on its mission, instead of its founder’s problems.
