Police need your help in the investigation into a fatal crash that occurred near Cave Junction over the weekend.
On Saturday night just after 6:30, police say Ralph McCornack was driving on Highway 199 near mile post 27, when his Ford veered across the center line.
Police say Nicole Farar was driving in the opposite direction, and swerved to miss a head-on collision.
The two cars collided passenger side to passenger side. A passenger from the Ford was taken to the hospital, and later died.
The three other people involved were transported to local hospitals. The investigation will continue Monday.
