The energy from a solar storm is making it way towards Earth, and is expected to reach our planet on Thursday morning.
Scientists say a pair of solar flares caused last night’s storm, which is a big cloud of charged particles flung from the sun.
That energy is now heading towards earth at about 4 million miles per hour.
In the past, solar flares and storms have affected power grids, communication devices and GPS systems.
