A grand jury will hear the case of a fatal officer involved shooting that happened outside the West Medford Albertson’s store back in early January.
The group will meet later this morning to determine if Federal Marshals were justified when they shot and killed 20-year-old Jimmy Georgeson. He was wanted on a warrant charge and federal authorities claim he used his car as a weapon when officers tried to arrest him in the shopping center parking lot.
No word if the federal marshals involved will testify.
