Fire crews called to 2 alarm fire in Ashland

ASHLAND, ORE. — Fire crews say a fire heater that fell onto a dog bed is responsible for starting a 2 alarm fire in South Ashland.

The fire broke out just after 8 o’clock Saturday evening on the 4000 block of Old Highway 99.

Crews from across the valley were called in to assist.

One resident suffered minor burn injuries to his hands

The home is a complete loss.
