Medford, Ore. — Days after the announcement was made that the Shell gas station on Crater Lake Highway was closing its doors to make room for an In-N-Out restaurant, that gas station is still up and running.
Supervisors at the station next to the Rogue Valley Mall say the closing date has been pushed back multiple times with a tentative closing time set for midnight Tuesday, March 10th. Until then the station will operate as usual.
Supervisors also say the 15 employees who work there will be transferred to other stations throughout the Rogue Valley and no one will lose their job.
