Mental Health Minute
Everyone needs help sometimes. That’s why OnTrack Rogue Valley, Options for Southern Oregon, ColumbiaCare, and Addictions Recovery Center (ARC) have partnered with Jackson Care Connect and KOBI-TV NBC5 / KOTI-TV NBC2 to offer Mental Health Minute.
Mental Health Minute offers coping strategies for a variety of mental health issues, including depression, substance use, addiction recovery and everyday challenges we all face.

When you call 988, you’ll be directly connected to a trained crisis counselor. Counselors are available 24/7 and offer compassionate support for anyone experiencing mental health-related distress – including thoughts of suicide or self-harm, a substance abuse crisis or any other type of behavioral health crisis.
