The investigation continues, after a 2 year old boy falls from a 3 story building, into the arms of his neighbor.
The two year old jumped into the arms of a 21 year old neighbor Sunday morning.
According to Kristen Beach, neighbor, she heard the two year old crying from the ledge, and told him that she would catch him if he fell.
The infant eventually fell and was miraculously was caught by Beach.
The baby was not injured.
The mother was arrested and charged with two counts of child neglect, among other charges.
She has since posted bail.
