OthonRobert Campos Jr., a man wanted in connection with the death of Ashland resident Frank Damiano, also known as Tony DellaPenna, was arrested Saturday morning at a Vancouver, Washington grocery store.
Around 9:30 a.m., witnesses told our partners at KGW-TV dozens of U.S. Marshals swarmed to the IGA grocery store at 2109 St Johns Boulevard in Vancouver.
Campos is accused of aggravated murder, a charge that could carry the death penalty.
