BEND, ORE. — Bend Police arrested 34 year old Daniel Robert Norquist on Saturday, after allegedly shooting and killing Andrew Steven Cordes.
Police say Cordes was a mutual acquaintance and landlord of Norquist and that he had been at Norquists home for over two hours prior to the shooting.
Norquist is charged with murder, first degree manslaughter, first degree assault, and unlawful use of a weapon.
