Medford Police were dispatched to West Jackson and Oak streets around 2:30 Tuesday morning, for a reported crash.
They say the driver looked down, and veered off the road into a power pole. That pole is currently only supported by the power lines.
Officials are warning drivers to expect possible delays Tuesday morning, as crews make repairs. No power outages were associated with the crash. The driver was not injured in the crash, and no other vehicles were involved.
