The suspect in the Colorado movie theater massacre returns to court Monday.
James Holmes is accused of killing 12 people and injuring dozens of others at a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado last July.
Monday is day one of a week-long proceeding to determine whether to send the case to trial.
The judge is expected to hear 9-1-1 calls, see clips from hours of video, and hear from witnesses as prosecutors outline their case against Holmes.
It’ll be the first official public disclosure of their evidence.
