Awoman is arrested after threatening to harm herself and police officers at a Coos Bay Motel.
Police were called to the Terrace Motel around 9am Saturday morning following reports of a woman making threats with a shotgun.
Police were able to evacuate the motel, and take the woman into custody.
No gun was found, however the woman was in possession of a hunting knife.
Police believe she is 51-year-old Sylvia Goodwin.
The woman was transported to a hospital for treatment.
She will then be taken to the Coos County Jail on charges of criminal mischief.
