As the website repairs continue, Cover Oregon applications will begin being processed by hand.
Officials with Oregon’s new Health Insurance Exchange say online application processing may not be able to start until the beginning of next month.
They say it should be up with enough time for people to make the December 15 deadline. But for now, processing is set to begin by hand this week.
