Medford Fire-Rescue was called out to a wood supply company following reports of a structure fire.
Just before3 am this morning, crews were dispatched to Sierra Pine Mill on highway 99 for a single alarm fire.
officials on scene say the fire was contained to a small portion of the plant, located in the presses. The firelooked to be extending up into the duct work, where first responders say they smelt smoke.
Crews are still on scene, monitoring the plant and looking into how the fire started, as well as damages to the facility.
