On Wednesday morning, fallen officers were remembered on the steps of the Singler Plaza in Medford.
Medford Police and Jackson County Sheriff’s officers paid tribute to law enforcement officials who died while in the line of duty.
Wednesday marked the 100th anniversary of the death of Sheriff August Singler, for whom the plaza in front of the Jackson County jail is named.
The memorial is held every year during Police Memorial Week.
