Former Jackson County Psychiatrist Will Enter Plea Today

Jackson Dempsey, a former psychiatrist for Jackson county, is set to enter a plea at 11 this morning on fourth-degree assault charges.

Dempsey was arrested after he admitted to “tying-up nylon cord, and laying nails across the trails because he…”did not like downhill mountain bikers.”

This morning, Dempsey is facing charges of fourth-degree assault as well as three counts of reckless endangerment.
