Friend Of Terri Horman Refuses To Answer Questions In Case

Aclose friend of Terri Horman, the step mother of missing Kyron Horman has refused to answer any court questions about the 2010 disappearance of Kyron.

Court documents show Dede Spicher refused to answer all questions regarding her friendship with Kyron’s stepmom or her knowledge of Kyrons disappearance,only citing her fifth amendment right against self-incrimination.

Kyron’s biological mother, Desiree Young and her lawyer have since filed a motion to force Spicher to answer questions about the case.

Kyron disappeared in June 2010 from Skyline Elementary School in Portland.
