It was a rainy day in much of Southern Oregon and Northern California Wednesday, but that didn’t dampen the Halloween spirits of revelers who were out in full force.
Several thousand people gathered in downtown Ashland for the Children’s Halloween Parade and a night’s worth of celebration on the Plaza. And that’s where we find NBC5’s Laura Cavanaugh.
The annual Halloween Parade drew thousands of revelers to the streets of Ashland. The parade not only brought out creative costumes and kids of all ages, but it also generated major receipts for local businesses.
