Jackson County begins accepting applications for dispensaries

Medford, Ore. — Jackson County will begin accepting applications for a limited number of dispensaries.

At 8:00 this morning, July 27th, dispensary owners can begin to apply for a license.

Two months ago, Jackson County commissioners voted on various ordinances regarding the medical marijuana facilities.

Dispensaries must be built 1,000 feet from parks or schools, one mile from Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics in White City and at least half a mile from another dispensary.
