A 19 year old Oregon Tech student has a busy weekend ahead.
Allison Cook was crowned ‘Miss Oregon’ last June and she’s now in Atlantic City, N.J. for the 2014 ‘Miss America’ pageant this Sunday.
Cook is an OIT junior, majoring in medical imaging and radiologic science.
She’ll be the youngest contestant in Atlantic City, and also the tallest – at six foot one.
The final round of preliminary competition in the pageant was held Friday, and the new Miss America will be crowned Sunday night in the nationally televised finale from Boardwalk Hall.
