A Klamath Falls woman is behind bars tonight on theft charges, with bail set at nearly $300,000.
44 year old Kelley Ann Turner is charged with 19 counts of first-degree theft.
Turner is accused of stealing roughly 80 thousand dollars from a developmentally disabled person that she served as a caregiver.
The thefts are alleged to have taken place over a 3 month period last year. Turner had served as trustee for the victim’s account.
